ONE EVENT. THREE PERSPECTIVES.
See how it
comes together.
Follow North Studio’s crew through a fictional Fieldnotes Festival. Explore what each team needs, and how their work connects.
SHAPE THE EVENT
Set the structure.
Keep the perspective.
Define the event’s days, accreditation and services. Give partners clear allowances, then review their people with the full context in view.
The partner’s submission becomes the organizer’s review. Approved outcomes become operational lists.
A LITTLE MORE CONTEXT
Good questions.
Clear answers.
What does Showmarshal bring together?
The current development scope connects event setup, partner collection, people, accreditation, service allowances, review, team permissions, briefings, lists and manual check-in. Artists, advancing, travel and hospitality are part of the product in development. Their explorer examples show the intended experience while those workflows are being implemented.
Can partners work from a spreadsheet?
Yes. The working application supports structured people entry, spreadsheet paste and CSV/XLSX import. Entries still follow the event’s configured limits and review workflow.
What happens when a submitted list changes?
Submitted revisions remain traceable. Organizer-requested corrections and configured amendment policies determine how changes are submitted and reviewed. Approved snapshots preserve previously agreed information.
Does approval mean someone has arrived?
No. Approval, daily arrival and optional wristband handover are separate states. This keeps planning decisions distinct from what happens at the event.
Is Showmarshal publicly available?
Showmarshal is in development and being tested. Public onboarding will be announced soon.
Does this include email, printing or automated gate scanning?
The current scope uses a preview outbox and manual check-in. Real email delivery, physical printer compatibility and real gate-scanning acceptance remain separate milestones.
